It all started back in high school when I joined forces with a few other students and became the 'go-to' squad for tech assistance within the school.

 

From there, my passion for technology grew through 15+ years of professional experience, including roles in technical support, quality assurance, and merchant services, but my desire to help people grew even larger.

 

I started Better Call Paul YYC so that I can set my own standards for exceptional and memorable customer service, while at the same time, empower individuals to feel confident in the ever evolving world of technology.
